What is covered during the Chicago training conference?

The Campus Special training conference will be one of the single most influential events you will ever have the chance to be apart of. Not only will you meet students from all over the country, but you will have a chance to interact with former interns from years past to tell you about their personal experience in working with us. During the training you will learn every aspect of the sales process-from introducing yourself, how to shake hands, how to sell the product, how to sell yourself, answering questions, closing the sale, signing contracts, etc. You will learn everything you need to know as you begin your journey as an Account Executive.


What are the dates of the Chicago training conference?

The 4-day all expenses paid training conferences starts on Friday, May 2nd through Monday, May 5th.


Is the training conference really 'all expenses paid?'

The Campus Special will pay for your flight from your college town to Chicago and back. (Some interns in close proximity will drive and will be reimbursed for gas.) During the training conference your room & board, taxes, and all meals will be paid for. We will be staying just outside of Chicago O'Hare International Airport at the Wyndham O'Hare hotel.


How long is The Campus Special Internship?

The Campus Special internship is a 12-week program. Exact start & end dates will vary depending on your school. After the internship, many students will be selected to participate in separate part-time year round campus promotions with Fortune 500 companies.


How are the interns compensated?

The Campus Special pays their interns a generous commission plus bonuses every week during the program. Although there is no salary, the average intern is expected to make $2,500 for the summer. Who will I be working under?

You will report directly to regional sales manager on a daily basis. With 15 years of combined sales management experience, you are guaranteed to be working under their meticulous care every step of the way.
